Got my haircut today was in and out super quick! Great cut today. 2 months ago Erika jacked it up pretty bad. Told me she knows how MY hair should look. I was excited to hear shes no longer employed at this location! cut the top even though I said specifically not to touch it and left me with a thin mustache I almost didn't come back in but I believe in second chances. I feel way better today about coming back

I asked the stylist to keep my hair long on top so I could comb it over, and she decided to cut it very short. I brought two photos in of what I wanted. She glanced quickly and said got it. When I expressed my dissatisfaction on it be cut to only a couple inches on top, she didn't seem to really care, but said that she would put a note on my account for next time and not apologetic. What about being attentive and careful to detail the first time? She was also very quiet and not very personable. I heard pretty good things about this place, but I don't really want to go back now. Maybe the hairdresser was having a bad day or something, however, If I was the owner I would definitely look into it if it's a pattern. * I am updating my review from 2 to 4 stars due to the excellent follow up from management and them showing concern and addressing issues. I really appreciate that and it outweighs my haircut dissatisfaction. Thank you.
